The Súlur Vertical cross-country ski race has its roots in the Hermannsgöngun. Mjöll and Bylur are part of the trilogy. Bylur is also part of the Íslandsgöngun.

Gravel bike race Súlur Vertical is a new cycling competition. The race starts in Kjarnaskógur and will include cycling through Vaðlaheiði and Fnjóskadalur.

Our mountain run is familiar to all runners. Four distances available for adults and a Kids Run for the youngest generation.
Those who complete the Súlur Vertical trilogy in 2025 will receive special recognition after the cycling competition.
